1. Shipping & Delivery Options (Singapore Only)

All in-stock orders are processed for shipment within 1 business day (Monday - Friday). A tracking number is provided via email once your order has shipped, allowing you to track your delivery via Ninja Van or SingPost.

Weekend Orders: Any order placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next working business day (typically Monday). Shipping timelines begin counting from that day.

Self-Pickup Option (Same-Day)

  • Location: Collect your order on the same day from our store at 261 Waterloo Street, 02-02, Singapore 180261 (Bugis area).
  • Action Required: Please call our local hotline at 64859179 immediately after placing your order to arrange the pickup time.

2. Return & Exchange Policy (30 Days for Factory Defects)

Due to strict hygiene standards, all sales are generally final. However, we offer a strict **30-Day Policy** for items with verifiable factory defects.

IMPORTANT: Hygiene Product Exchange Policy

Items considered hygiene products (including pillows, seat cushions, back rests, or similar contact-use items) cannot be returned for a refund once opened or used due to change of mind.

These specific items are only eligible for a 1-to-1 exchange if they exhibit a **factory defect** within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Defective Exchange

  • You have **30 calendar days** from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange if the item has a verifiable factory defect.
  • If the defect is confirmed after inspection, we will provide an identical replacement product (**1-to-1 exchange**).

How to Exchange a Defective Item:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at sales@jchealth.sg OR call our hotline at 64859179. Please include your Order Number, a description of the defect, and clear photos/videos (if emailing).
  2. Confirmation: We will provide confirmation and an Exchange Authorization (EA) number within 2 business days.
  3. Exchange Method (Recommended): Drop the defective item off at our service center: 261 Waterloo Street, 02-02, Singapore 180261. We will inspect it and issue the replacement product upon confirmation of the defect.
  4. Post/Courier: Ship the defective goods back to the address above. Email us the return tracking number.

Refund for Shipping Costs:

If you post a defective item back, we will refund the return shipping fee you incurred as **store credit** upon receipt and inspection of the goods.

3. Warranty Support

Please remember that manufacturing defects are covered by our **1-Year Local SG Warranty**. For non-exchangeable issues or issues that arise after 30 days, please refer to our separate Local Warranty Page for full details.
