Why I want to become a health coach?
please click the link above for the youtube vedio which I recorded in Nov22. today I just published.
Hey everyone! Today I'm excited to share a story with you about a decision that led me on a pretty unique journey.
Back in November 2022, I was in a Bangkok hotel room with a big dream. I had just signed up for a health coach certification course in Singapore, but also planned a year-long travel adventure. Balancing both seemed crazy, right? It definitely wasn't easy.
The course required late-night Zoom classes in the US time zone, along with assignments and discussions. But I was determined to make it work. I found hotels with gyms (even a small one did the trick!), studying during the day and attending classes at night. The real drive behind it all? I wanted to gain in-depth knowledge and connect with experienced health coaches in the US and Canada.
Back then, I wasn't quite ready to share this passion with everyone, but the seed was planted. Fast forward to today, and that seed has blossomed into JC Health. You see, everything happens for a reason, sometimes it's just about timing. After months of testing and planning, I'm confident enough to share my journey – and how it fuels my mission to bring top-quality fitness equipment and health support products to Singapore.
So, why health coaching? Why JC Health? It all stems from a desire to create a healthier, happier Singapore. Stay tuned to learn more about how JC Health can help you achieve your own wellness goals!
