A Singapore family visiting JC Health SG showroom at Waterloo Street to purchase a stepper and 5-in-1 leg elevation wedge for elderly parents during Hari Raya 2026

🌙 The Light in a Quiet Corridor: A Hari Raya Story 🌙

Today is a Public Holiday in Singapore—Hari Raya. While most were resting, I was at my showroom at 261 Waterloo Street. To be honest, I was so immersed in my work that I hadn't even realized the world outside had slowed down.

Being on the 2nd floor, my shop is usually peaceful, but today, with all my neighbors closed, the corridor felt especially still. In that silence, I felt the weight of my journey—the "lonely strength" of building JC Health SG as a female entrepreneur.

Then, the phone rang.

A family—husband, wife, and daughter—called to see if I was open. They traveled all the way here just to find me. What moved me wasn't just that they came, but how much they knew. They had studied my website and my social media. They didn't just see "products"; they saw a mission.

They chose a 5-in-1 Support Wedge (for leg elevation) and a Stepper with Handlebars for their elderly parents. Before leaving, we had a very honest conversation. They told me, "We are getting old, too." I looked at them and replied, "I am also getting old. That is why I believe so deeply in what JC Health is doing." They nodded in total agreement. They chose to buy here because they know exactly what JC Health offers: Practical solutions for the people we love.

The husband said he could feel the "loneliness" of me standing my ground here, alone on a holiday. He respected that grit. They even chose to pay in Cash, wanting to ensure every cent of their support stayed with my small business. As they left, the wife asked for my namecard to recommend to her friends.

Today, that bridge of language and the shared reality of aging brought us together. I gave them a hand-gripper as a small gift, but they gave me the realization that even in a quiet corridor on the 2nd floor, I am not alone.

Thank you for your deep understanding and support.

Selamat Hari Raya to all my friends. ❤️
